PacMed case management nurses are chosen for:
- medical knowledge and experience
- ability to communicate
It's sometimes hard to know which characteristics are more important.
The circumstances can be difficult and the parties - adjuster, patient, and provider -- may be in conflict.
The nurse must be able to support the claims adjuster's goals while ensuring that the patient receives appropriate care
and that an effective working relationship with the provider is maintained.
We generally have good success matching a nurse's language skills, specialized medical knowledge and location with the requirements of a particular case. |
